Training & Development

Our supoorting adults will help and support our young people to continue their education, training or employment.

Supporting young people in developing independence skills is crucial for their personal growth and future success. Encouraging autonomy fosters a sense of responsibility and self-confidence, allowing them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Providing opportunities for decision-making, problem-solving, and goal-setting nurtures essential life skills. Whether it’s managing finances, cooking meals, or organizing their schedules, empowering young individuals to master these tasks equips them with the tools needed to thrive independently.

This holistic approach not only builds practical competencies but also cultivates a mindset of self-reliance, empowering young people to face the complexities of adulthood with competence and confidence

Wellbeing

Supporting adults will help our young people with registration to a GP and other health needs. We will make sure our young people are aware of all the services available to them and their location.
